What is a rage room?
A rage room is a controlled experience where you can safely release energy by breaking selected items using the equipment and safety rules provided by the venue.
Do I need to book ahead?
You can book ahead or walk in. Contact us to check availability, or come and see us in person.
Where are you located?
We are at 20 Castle Place, Market Street, Trowbridge, BA14 8AL.
How many rooms do you have?
CouRAGEous has three rage rooms. Contact us for the current room options and availability.
What should I wear?
Loose-fitting, breathable clothing is recommended. PPE and overalls are provided.
What size overalls are available?
Overalls are available in sizes S–XL.
Can I come with friends?
Yes! Multiple people can join the fun, with a maximum group size of 3.
Can I have a hug?
Yes! 🤗
Where are our break-room items sourced?
From skips, dives, recycling centres and donations.
Can I bring my own stuff to break?
Yes, but it must be approved beforehand.
Can I smash everything?
Partially! No windows, worktops, walls or staff.
What emotions will be felt?
Hopefully everything — and you end up happier!
Will everything be cleaned?
Yes. Everything will be sanitised and checked for wear and tear.
